Backlighting

This was one of the first shots I took with my new DSLR. While I should have got down lower, I'm posting this to show what a little backlighting can do to a photo. The evening sun highlighted my dog, Jack's, fur to provide a beautiful outline. There's more wrong than right with this photo - I should have gotten down lower, he's not looking at the camera, the floor is kinda boring, and some parts are blown and lack detail.
